Due to continued growth, Essex X-Ray is expanding its engineering team. As a world leader in the design and manufacture of high voltage technology, we develop innovative cable assemblies, connectors, interconnect systems and specialist engineering solutions for customers around the world. Based in our modern, purpose-built facility, equipped with advanced engineering and test capabilities, we provide an environment that supports high-quality product development and technical innovation. We are now looking for talented engineers to help drive the next stage of our product development and technical growth. Specialist high voltage experience is not required for either role, as full support and development will be provided for the right candidates.

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Bill Walker as Research & Development Director.
Bill joins us with over 20 years of experience in the high-voltage industry, bringing deep technical expertise together with a strong track record of leadership in research and development. His appointment represents a significant enhancement of our development capability and further strengthens our specialism in the design and manufacture of custom-engineered, high-voltage components and high-performance product lines.

We are thrilled to announce that our company has officially relocated from our smaller facility in Great Dunmow to a state-of-the-art new facility in Great Notley, Braintree. This move marks a significant milestone for us and sets the stage for an exciting new chapter in our journey.
The new facility boasts a modern and high-tech environment that is designed to foster collaboration and innovation among our team. With more space, top-quality facilities, and dedicated breakout areas, our staff now have the resources they need to excel in their roles and work together seamlessly.
Spanning an impressive 60,000 square feet, the new unit is equipped with a range of amenities that will enhance our operations and elevate our manufacturing capabilities in high-voltage technology. From a cutting-edge canteen to high-voltage test cages, clean rooms, and independent climate control in each department, every aspect of the building has been meticulously designed to the highest specifications with growth in mind.
This move signifies our commitment to investing in research and development, and it positions us as a leader in our industry. By moving to this new facility, we are taking a significant step in the right direction towards becoming a better manufacturer of high-voltage technology.
