Essex X-Ray has committed to a 60,000 sq ft unit at the new office, industrial, R&D and logistics park, Horizon 120, being constructed close to the A120 in Braintree.
Horizon 120 Business and Innovation Park is a 65-acre scheme, capable of providing up to 750,000 sq ft of office and industrial space aimed at high-tech engineering and manufacturing, as well as logistics distribution companies.
Construction started May 2023 and completion including fit out will be Q1 2025

Large arrays of roof mounted Photovoltaic panels totalling 250 sqm.
Building Management Control systems will ensure optimal and efficient operation of plant and the monitoring of energy consumption and the introduction of systems to maintain occupant comfort.
