EPR X-Ray High Voltage Cable – up to 320kVDC
Essex X-Ray are an exclusive supplier of the world’s highest specification EPR X-Ray cable. HV Cables rated from 75kVDC up to 320kVDC are available from stock. Renowned for their excellent high voltage characteristics, our single core, 3 core, 4 core & 5 core EPR X-Ray cables have a flexible construction and feature multiple semi conductive layers, braided shielding and robust PVC jackets.
Unshielded High Voltage Cable – up to 150kVDC
Essex X-Ray offer a wide range of unshielded high voltage cables rated up to 150kVDC. Dielectric materials including silicone, FEP & Polyethylene are available, with many featuring a semi conductive layer to deliver low partial discharge and an AC rating. Cables carrying a maximum conductor temperature of up to 200°c are available where heat is a critical selection criteria.
Shielded High Voltage Cable – up to 300kVDC
Essex X-Ray offer a standard range of shielded high voltage cables rated up to 300kVDC, as well as bespoke options. Dielectric materials including silicone, FEP & Polyethylene are available, with many featuring a semi conductive layer to deliver low partial discharge and an AC rating. A selection of custom shielding and jacketing options are available to deliver mechanical protection, electrical return and an electro-magnetic screen to suit specific applications.
Custom High Voltage Cable – up to 1MVDC
Essex X-Ray offer an extensive range of multi-conductor, triaxial and pulsed high voltage cable rated up to 1MV for bespoke applications.
